Super easy process and very friendly appraiser
From the time of calling in the claim to the meeting with our appraiser, the process was super smooth and not complicated. He was not only terrific with us , but also with all the nieghbors that came out to see what he was doing. I have now recommended Grange insurance to everyone I have been talking to. Our prior insurance always made putting a claim in complicated and made us feel like we had done something wrong. I have nothing but great things to say about Grange, their appraiser, and the quality of their policies.

Very Knowledgeable and Responsive Agent
My claim was resolved in a timely manner and funds transferred to my account extremally quickly. My agent was very experienced and easy to communicate with. He had working technical knowledge of the nature of the repairs I had done.

I have had Grange for a few years. They are the best insurance I have ever had. I had a huge water damage in my basement, I called and they were there within the hour. They took care of every detail. They made sure I got all the replacements I needed, from carpet, furniture, ceiling tiles, new floor for my upstairs bathroom. They were on top of this from the beginning till the end. All their associates were helpful and very knowledgeable. I give them a five star rating. Thank you Grange for all you did.

Excellent customer service, price and knowledgeable agent/agency. I've had landlord coverage for the limited time that I owned my condo, so I have not had a need to make any claim. However, based on my interaction with the agent, he was very friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would definitley recommend the agency and insurance at any time. Thank you!

Good coverage and service overall
The only problem I have is I do electronic payments from my account, and it takes 8 days just to send a payment. Last month I was getting threatened with cancellation because of this delay. This is on my house insurance, and I don't have a problem with my car insurance.

Okay Service
I’ve never had a claim, there has only been one instance and went to speak with them. I was never given the courtesy of them to reach out, neither by phone or email, letting me know nothing ever came from it and still don’t know, only assumed as I didn’t hear anything all was taken care of.
Other than that paying my bill and going to website is very easy.

If you go with grange the auto side is awesome to deal with any type of claim from glass to car wrecks but the home side of the insurance is for the birds the insurance company would only over one side of the house for wind damage sent siding to itel there was zero match for the siding and wanted us to replace the others side with the stuff taken on the damaged side well that didn’t work and the house needed completely sided and then there was a 9 foot section of roof that was also damaged by the wind by the same storm and they wouldn’t cover a single shingle with that being said I fought and fought and nothing got resolved but house getting sided and still have a damaged roof never will I get grange for home insurance ever again can’t wait to switch
