Real time allows agents to click on a button from a client file in their agency management system or comparative rater for immediate access to carrier information on that client. The transaction may be a quote, billing inquiry, claim inquiry/loss runs, policy view, endorsements or a request for information. This approach provides a single workflow for servicing or quoting.
Real-time processing requires real-time service, which is why our systems notify us when agents are experiencing an error during a real-time transaction. That way, we can contact them immediately to help them through the process.

Download of policyholders' information keeps your system up to date so you don't have to. Grange agents can download information for Personal Lines products including Auto, Homeowners, Inland Marine, Watercraft and Dwelling Fire; Commercial Lines products including Businessowners, Commercial Auto, Workers' Compensation, and Contractors & Tradesmen; and Direct Bill commission for Personal and Commercial lines.
