What if I get a new phone number?

Please contact your Grange/Integrity agent to change your phone number in the program.

What if I get a new phone?

If you keep the same phone number, the app may be transferred from the old phone to the new phone. If the app is not transferred, you will just need to download the app and register the new phone.

Where can I find the OnTrack Privacy Policy and Terms of Use?

Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are available on our website as well as within OnTrack from the Settings menu.
