Grange Insurance received top marks for its range of products, claims processing, product training and marketing support, technology and automation and competitive rates in Insurance Business America’s (IBA) 2019 Brokers on Carriers survey.
Now in its sixth year, IBA’s Brokers on Carriers survey has asked insurance brokers to provide feedback on their carriers’ services by rating them in eight key categories on a scale of 1 (poor) to 10 (excellent). This year, 25 carriers, including Grange Insurance, received a five-star rating from brokers by scoring an average of 8.0 or higher in at least one category.
When compared to 2018, the results of the 2019 Brokers on Carriers survey showed general improvement in carrier performance, including better performance in carriers’ range of products, quick quotes and technology and automation.
