Request an electronic claims payment for your Home, Auto or Business policy. If an electronic claims payment isn’t right for you, talk to your Grange claims representative about other payment options.
If your claims representative is onsite for your claim, an instant debit card can be issued if you have an immediate need for items like clothes or food. If you prefer a direct deposit, you may choose one of the other payment options.

Do I need a personal bank account to receive a digital payment?
No, we offer many options that don’t require a personal bank account, including a prepaid debit card and PayPal deposit.
When will I receive my claim payment?
How long it takes to receive your payment depends on the payment method. Your funds can be available in as little as hours with electronic payment methods. Non-electronic payments can be received via mail in 7-10 days.
How do I choose a claim payment option?
When your payment is ready, you’ll receive an email alert to choose how you would like to receive your digital payment option. You will then enter our secure payment portal to select your option. Payment confirmation will be sent once the payment has been received.
What happens if I accidently delete the email where I select my payment options?
Contact your Grange claims representative and they can send you an additional email.
What happens if I provide the incorrect routing or account number?
