Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great support and compassion when I needed it most We switched insurance companies after our former agent passed away. We chose Florian Insurance in Holland Ohio as our new provider and they set us up with Grange Insurance. We were only with them maybe a year when I lost my brother and purchased his car from my sister-in-law. Four days after getting the car, I came upon two deer at the top of a hill. I was going 50 MPH when I encountered them and had no time to react. The air bags deployed and the car was totaled. We were safe and that’s all that mattered. My agent was right there with us during the process and walked us through our steps. The adjuster called within two days and had secured a place for us to get a loaner and went over our policy. I was devastated after losing my brother and now his car. The adjuster understood my sadness and was very caring and thoughtful. He again called a few days later and gave us our payout for the car. We received our check within 10 days of the accident. The entire process was easy and the company was very generous with our payment. There were no disagreements over price because they seemed to care about our loss and us. I have never totaled a car and hope to never do again. I would suggest Grange to anyone that is looking for a reliable company that works with you and not against you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Coverage and Service Excellent coverage and customer service. Your customer service staff was very helpful in reviewing my policy on a day my agent wasn't available. To me this speaks very highly of your company. A poor customer service experience is never forgotten. Your website could be updated to make it easier to use but I use auto pay with a discount and everything works beautifully.
