Auber Insurance and their parent Novak insurance do not respond to messages left-Novak tells me to call Auber and I have been doing so with no reply. Tech support sent me to another agent where again I left message with no reply. I have been a long time customer and happy with Grange but you need to do something with Novak

I reached out to a local Grange insurance representative and was immediately shocked by the increased coverage and decreased amount that it was going to cost me. Between my wife and I, we’ve only had one accident our entire lives and this unfortunately happened shortly after choosing Grange for our vehicle coverage. I could not be more happy with the communication, professionalism, and immediate release of funds to cover this accident from Grange. The whole process was handled very smoothly, and it only solidifies my decision to make the change and wish I had done it years prior!
