Grange Insurance Company provides to its employees the option to participate in its group healthcare insurance. Beginning 7/1/2022, Grange Insurance Company is required by the federal law to publicly display certain health care price information via machine-readable files. The machine-readable files will include information regarding in-network and out-of-network provider negotiated rates for all covered items and services and historical out-of-network allowed amounts and associated billing charges for covered items and services. Please note that actual charges may differ from estimates. The information provided via machine-readable files do not guarantee benefits or coverage. The machine-readable files can be accessed here or through the United Healthcare portal.

Grange’s multi-faceted community relations program includes financial support, volunteerism and in-kind donations.

Through Grange Insurance Gives, we’re able to lend a hand—year after year— to organizations that transform lives, provide comfort and enrich the community. Associate volunteer and officer support

Grange associates volunteer thousands of hours of time and talent to various charities each year. Members of Grange leadership are heavily involved in their communities as well, with half serving on dozens of local nonprofit boards.
