Support for Tennessee customers affected by recent storms

To ensure that those impacted by recent severe storms and flooding in Tennessee do not suffer further hardship, we’re suspending the cancellation and nonrenewal of policies due to nonpayment of premium, in which disruption to the mail delivery system or the policyholder’s displacement results in the delay in premium payment.

Suspension of cancellations or nonrenewals for nonpayment will be applied retroactively to 12:01 a.m. CT on Feb. 6, 2019, and will end at 11:59 p.m. CT on April 7, 2019.
