To ensure your clients do not suffer further hardship, we’re offering support to those affected by the recent tornadoes and severe weather in Tennessee.
We're suspending cancellations and non-renewals of policies due to nonpayment of premium for 60 days, starting retroactively at 12:01 a.m. CST, on March 3, 2020, for the following counties:
- Benton
- Cheatham
- Davidson
- Dickson
- Humphreys
- Putnam
- Smith
- Wilson
This suspension is not a waiver of payments due during the 60-day period, but an extension or grace period to pay premiums for those directly impacted by the storms.
We will continue to work with your clients on a case-by-case basis if additional issues arise regarding the storms in Tennessee, including extending proof of loss deadlines and suspending late payment, reinstatement or insufficient funds fees.
