Columbus, OH — To ensure Tennessee customers do not suffer further hardship, we’re offering support to those affected by the recent severe storms and tornadoes in Tennessee.
We're suspending cancellations and non-renewals due to non-payment for 60 days, starting retroactively at 12:01 a.m. EST, on Dec. 9, 2023, and ending at 11:59 p.m. EST on Feb. 6, 2024.
This suspension is not a waiver of payments due during the 60-day period, but an extension or grace period to pay premiums for those directly impacted by the storms.
