Why should I go paperless?
Going paperless is a quick, easy way to keep track of your insurance. Benefits include:

How do I enroll in paperless billing and documents?
Log in to or create your
MyGrange account. Then, select “Go Paperless” on the home page. Once you’re on the Settings & Alerts screen, check the box for each policy that you’d like to enroll and click submit.
How will I remember to pay my bill?
Once you’re enrolled in paperless, we’ll send you an email every time your new bill is available. We also offer additional services to make sure you never miss a payment.
Set up automatic payments to electronically deduct your premium from your checking or savings account every month. You can also sign up for text and email alerts that remind you when your bill is due, payment has been received and more. To sign up, visit your MyGrange account and go to Settings & Alerts.
How will I know when my documents are ready?
We’ll send you an email when new documents are available.
Can I go back to paper after I enroll in paperless?
Yes, you can update your paperless preferences at any time through your
MyGrange account. Visit Settings & Alerts, uncheck the box for each policy that you’d like to unenroll and click submit.
Is my personal information safe?
The security of your Personal Information is incredibly important to us and we take every action keep your data as safe as we possibly can. To protect your information, we use administrative, physical and technical security measures while we’re transmitting and receiving sensitive information. For instance, if you enter personal information like a Social Security number on any of our forms, we’ll encrypt the transmission of that same information using a secure technology called socket layer technology (SSL).
In addition, we limit access to your Personal Information to only people who need that information do their jobs at Grange or provide services for Grange on your behalf. We work diligently to comply with all applicable laws in the collection, use and sharing of your personal information.
Is my policy eligible for paperless?
Most policies are eligible for paperless. Mortgagee-billed policies, life insurance policies and select commercial lines products are unavailable. To see if your policies are eligible, log in to or create your MyGrange account and visit Settings & Alerts. You can also contact your agent for assistance.
