Grange Insurance claim - great service
In submitting a first time claim to Grange, I was very impressed with the quick response to our claim. The agent, Alex was extremely empathetic, understanding and very knowledgeable. He made what could be an extremely daunting process, very manageable, and he really took care of the all of the details, including explaining any issues that were new to me with this carrier. Very poor customer service
Customer service is horrible! Very unresponsive, no follow through and don’t expect them to handle your emergency as they will not show up in any way. Adjustor was terrible. As soon as our claim is finished, we will switch companies immediately.

I’ve been a customer of Grange since I was 16 and staying with grange was a non-negotiable when I got married. My mother and father are both grange customers. Grange has always been good to my family and well worth the product and customer service they provide.

Dominic was absolutely wonderful he helped me at a time when I felt panicked by my house roof. Then it all worked out that I didn't even need a claim. He was very kind and helpful. Grange has always been a great insurance company for me never had any problems always helpful with my auto and house insurance.

Outstanding coverage
The time it took from my insurance agent getting a call from me to my getting a call from the adjuster, the adjuster coming out, and a check getting cut was less than one week.
The adjuster, Michael Carlozzi, answers when I call and keeps in contact to make sure everything is OK.

Fantastic service from Grang claim representative!
Reporting a house insurance claim was very daunting, as it was my first after owning my home for almost 20 years. My representative calmed my anxiety by talking to me as a person, not a number. Very informative, and willing to explain in a language I understood (not overly technical).
