Zero respect for customer loyalty
Had no complaints about Grange as a provider. We decided to switch providers and had all our accounts paid, as always. As part of closing our account there was an apparent final value to adjust, that we never received a billing statement for, and within 2 months, and without further notice or attempt to contact us, Grange sent this to a collection agency. Highly disrespectful, will never even consider them as a provider and recommend everyone not to.

Disgusted at the treatment of my family
I have been a customer with Grange for 17 years not only for my home but for my cars, business and boat! I’ve only had one claim on my home and it was very minimal. Currently it’s five weeks later after the flood in my home and we are still not back home (my husband kids and pets) My adjuster has been extremely condescending slow and rude. I feel that she’s been vindictive because we won’t use their contractors? I found a contractor within three days, she said she didn’t like the format of his proposal and here we are 14 days later because she demanded to send out an adjuster… and we’re still waiting. I have a meeting wirh my contractor on Monday and still have no info from her adjuster on the quote. She says she didn’t receive the quote from the adjuster when i confirmed directly through him that it was sent!
My Airbnb is only available until May 11 and we will have to go back to a hotel. We have been bounced around a total of four times if we have to move out of this Airbnb again! 4 moves! I asked my adjuster for her manager’s information a few times she did not want to give it to me. I finally held her hand to the fire, and she gave it to me on Friday, but only a phone number.
I am mind blown at the treatment that we have received throughout this process. All she cares about is moving the claim along, but then she stalls everything for their Adjuster to come out when they should’ve done that at the beginning.
I want to go back home!

Kelly was amazing to work with. Accidents are really stressful and she took so much off of my plate and made sure I was taken care of. She’s truly terrific at her job. She makes Grange a better company.

Homeowners and Vehicle Coverage
Our real estate agent put us in touch with our new independent insurance agent when we were moving from out of state and they recommended Grange Insurance for our home and cars. Grange's rates were very competitive with the rates we were finding online so on our agent's recommendation we went with Grange. Since then I've had to make a windshield claim, a collision claim and a roof claim and Grange stepped up and covered our losses per our coverage without unnecessary drama or delay. Very happy with Grange's service.

Poor customer service from Agent
I need to cancel my dead mother's homeowners insurance and, since I have bought her house, get insurance in my name. Auber Insurance and their parent Novak insurance do not respond to messages left-Novak tells me to call Auber and I have been doing so with no reply. Tech support sent me to another agent where again I left message with no reply. I have been a long time customer and happy with Grange but you need to do something with Novak

Wonderful to do business with
I was with a competing insurance company for a very long period of time, until finally I couldn’t take it anymore. I reached out to a local Grange insurance representative and was immediately shocked by the increased coverage and decreased amount that it was going to cost me.
Between my wife and I, we’ve only had one accident our entire lives and this unfortunately happened shortly after choosing Grange for our vehicle coverage. I could not be more happy with the communication, professionalism, and immediate release of funds to cover this accident from Grange. The whole process was handled very smoothly, and it only solidifies my decision to make the change and wish I had done it years prior!

I have a question about my coverage...
I asked if my home owners' insurance covered belongings in the moving truck and in a storage unit as I am in the middle of an out of state move. The answer, "I'm about 90% sure. I don't the out-of-state makes a difference."
Does my auto policy cover driving a small UH truck rental? Maybe, but I don't know because it may be different for a commercial vehicle.
I bet if something goes wrong they have a solid answer.

Crooked Company
I’ve been with this company for about 10 years, and in that time I’ve only had to file two claims—neither of which were my fault. Years ago, someone pulled out in front of my wife and totaled her Pilot. I had to fight just to get enough to replace it because, of course, the other driver didn’t have insurance.
Most recently, I had significant wind damage and filed a claim, only to receive $0. Meanwhile, my brother—insured through a different company—had far less damage to his roof, which was just as old as mine, and his insurance covered a full replacement with no issues.
On top of that, my rates keep going up even though I haven’t had any accidents. At this point, I’ll definitely be looking to switch insurance providers.

Great people, great customer service
We have had 2 accidents and in each case the claims personnel were empathetic,considerate and caring. They settled our claim rapidly and fairly. The policy premium change was reasonable and fair. Overall quite satisfying.

Coverage sucks
Head tornado damage a while back and the adjuster was telling me everything that they were going to cover and pay for, so I started cleaning up all the damage. I called in at a later date only to find they sent out another adjuster that says they’re paying nothing. Insurance is a scam that unfortunately we can do nothing about.
