Great coverage handle our claim very professionall
We are so happy the way our claim was handled. Grange Insurance is a great Insurance company as a agent I refer all my clients to them. Our adjuster Mike handled our claim truly professionally and understood our situation. My husband and I couldn't be more appreciative. Thank you once again Mike and Grange for having our back.

Password resets
Everything with Grange so far is groovy EXCEPT your app password reset is really bad. I don’t want to call you because I don’t want to navigate your IVR and then wait on hold for a live person. I should be able to complete the process within your app. Even if I can’t and I want to pay online through my bank, the info on my bill lacks the information needed to ensure I do it right. Honestly, this is enough to make me think about shopping for another carrier.
Omg, when I use my email address shortcut below your system won’t recognize it. Are you sure your IT department is in the 21st century?

Glass breakage AGAIN!!

If I could give a negative star I would….
Very awful. DO NOT let your broker choose grange. Their adjusters have no compassion and do not explain the policy even when you have a questions. You are in the middle of a stressful moment and they don’t car. Find a better agency and run far from this one……

Bad experience
Stopped paying my home insurance because it was to high priced ,a year later I get a bill saying I owed 1,700 dollars.try tired saying even though I hadn't paid a bill in a year that my insurance they had kept it going active bet if I woul of made a claim they wouldn't have said the same statement.so now they turn it over to a collection agency,what a crock of crap,better watch out messing with these people....

Worst insurance to file claims
I had a car accident two months ago and the insurance agent assigned to my case is completely unreachable, the insurance also refuses to cover all the damages I cause to the other party. This is not a good representation.

Treated me like a criminal when I filed a claim
Had high winds and some shingles were blown off,I called my insurance company they called me back .I was told they wanted to record me for a statement,I made a mistake by not letting my roof guy check the damage first ,grange did and they denied my claim.let this be a lesson grange is not always your partner in protection.I paid to fix my own roof and cancelled with them.

There when you need them.
Grange has ALWAYS treated me good when I have had to make claims. I left them for a while for cheaper insurance and that Lizard was HORRIBLE when I was in an accident, not my fault but the person at fault had no license, insurance and car wasn't registered to her. So I used my uninsured/underinsured motorist claim and they literally tried to rip me off big time, drug the claim out for like 6 weeks and I feel only because I called state of Ohio Dept. Of Insurance and filed a complaint and they started asking questions is why it was settled when it was and I am the one who gave them the comps to value my van. Grange is very quick and very fair at your time of loss when you really need to use what you pay for.

Just fine, as long as you don't need anything.
We've had Grange for close to a decade without needing to file a claim. Trying to get a fair payment for the claim we did eventually file has been a nightmare. Repeatedly they have claimed that we do not have the correct roof type for the slope of our roof so it is not covered. This building code is laid out in our state's law and multiple measurement from multiple companies has shown that it is within spec. We will soon be changing insurance companies.

Never had a claim. But you raised my rate 2000 over the rate I was paying poor people who are on a fixed income need to be able to get a chance to find a way to reduce rate I was not prepared for this rate
