Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unstable Rates and Limited Access: My Experience • Discounts & Features Used: I enrolled in the paperless discount, but I was never able to access the Grange mobile app, which limited my ability to manage my account digitally. • Rate History: In the span of 4 years, my auto insurance premium increased twice. Most recently, my liability-only coverage increased by $28, even though I did not add coverage or have claims that would justify such a significant change. • Reason for Leaving: The steady increases in my premium for the same level of coverage made the policy no longer cost-effective. Since I value transparency and rate stability, I am now choosing to leave Grange for a more reliable and affordable option.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from billing is not transparent Bills are not transparent leading me to bringing this up to ohio AG. They do not show how they set a discount and when you remove a car after paying for 6 months, they raise your rates on the other car starting when you took the secondary car off the policy. And this is after being a custome for almost 10 years. By the way the only claims were windshield replacement.
