Rated 1 out of 5 by from HORRIBLE MANIPULATIVE COMPANY This company is great at taking your money but when you need them when filing a complaint they willl do EVERYTHING to ensure they pay you the least they can. Their claims department will not provide backup of data they are using and will not negotiate at all! This is an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY that takes advantage of their customers in their time of need!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Above & Beyond Help from my Claims Adjuster While going through a claims process, there was a problem with the body shop getting my car done in time. At the same time, I was moving a child home from college and planned on having the vehicle back to assist with the move. Angela was intentional at helping me ensure I could have a rental vehicle that was large enough to pick her up as well as the belongings I needed to haul back. I was grateful for her calm nature & above and beyond steps to confirm the rental would be exactly what we needed in a very stressful moment.

More importantly every single customer service person and agent that I encountered went above and beyond to assist me any way they could from start to finish. They were always available to answer any questions and help me with any problem I encountered. My experience with this company has a wonderful experience and I thank them all!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst experience and no integrity I never have any bad experience with other insurance companies other this insurance company. They are so bad customer service. The adjuster Rich there is no integrity the worst experience a long with Andrew and Chris There is no professional attitude . The adjuster came to check the roof and report it as some missing shingles and got someone to go on the top of the roof and noon of them go to the roof to check it. I found out the roofer guy had a small ladder and just went on the top of my porch and checked the shingles only . And when I reported to the management and the management was so rude and mean. I checked my camera and recording 24 hours and no one of them go the top of the roof. When I told their manager Chris and said they only check the shingles and not the roof . The roof got damaged by the strom was 70 miles And damaged my ceiling inside the house. When I talked management and says plumbing. The roof is 13 years has lot of missing shingles and they don't want replace it and said we will repair the missing shingles only . Chris says you policy repair only and no replacement. This is not true. My policy includes replacement of the roof. Also this is my landlord policy includes total loos I lost the tent at that time and they don't pay as total loos for the rent time while fixing the damaged . So I won't recommend this company to any Avoid getting any business with this company. The worst company in the market.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor Representation Agent did not give me all the information when our family decided to pay for our own roof repairs, After receiving a cancellation notice, attempted to contact the agent about the notice and received no response until 2 weeks after the cancellation date. Very unprofessional business practice by company and agent(s). Both agents working to on at least three of my policies could have contacted me way in advance of the cancellation notice. Again, less than honest participants for people who should care.
