When a company has been so good for/to me, as Grange has been for me, I am reluctant to praise them for fear they will believe they are too good to continue to improve or maintain the leve of service. Grange has been an exceptional experience for me. Even though I have had claims, you have held the line on the cost to me and have provided excellent claims and customer service. I highly recommend Grange if you are tired of the merry-go-round of insurance providers. I have recommended Grange personally to friends and family. The only reason I didn’t give you a five out of five is the same as my opening comment.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Greedy Poor. We had a leak on our roof due to many storms in our area. Grange changed their coverage on repairs. Now you pay 1 percent of coverage you have. It was thousands of dollars. Our roof is 5 years old. Switching soon.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Experience Every We had a house fire on March 8, 2025. The contents were deemed a total loss. It is now June 9, 2025 and we are still not even allowed to remove the contents to dispose of them and start moving forward. Our adjuster hired Enservio to come out and I hired Ohio Fire Claims. Our first scheduled visit- for Enservio was scheduled 3 times before they were able to keep the appointment and show up which I had to use vacation time at work to be there. On the first day of inventory Enservio worked from 830a-330p then was pulled. Ohio Fire finished the inventory on their own. Now I have to wait again until June 17,2025 for another Enservio person to come validate the contents. I randomly get checks in the mail for things I have no idea where they are supposed to go or what they are for. There is very limited communication. I have to call weekly for any updates as to what is going on. I was finally able to throw the food from my freezers away but that is all. I have not heard from the adjuster for any follow up- on things since the first couple of weeks from the fire. We are sitting in a townhouse with rented furniture-having nothing of our own until the insurance adjuster begins to settle the claim. The fire was an electrical fire that was no fault of our own yet we are homeless-sitting here with basic necessities and no comforts of being home. It is absolutely ridiculous that we have to wait for over 3 months to start to rebuilding our lives. Our lives are on hold while they get to go home everyday-we do not have that luxury. It is probably one of the worst insurance companies I have ever worked with. I would strongly NOT recommend them to anyone else.
