Beware!!!
Do not get home insurance from them if you want anything to be fixed. They do not cover what needs to be fixed. If they do decide to fix anything they are sooo under estimating the cost. It will cost so much out of pocket on top of filling a clam with them. That it would just be best just to have got a better home insurance company ti start with. So far I have nothing good to say about this company. Home owner beware!!!

When I am confused by something, my agent is right on it. When I have a billing question, Grange is right on it with me. We live in the country and have had issues with other insurers just over rural issues - Grange asks a question, we answer and that is that. We have recommended Grange to others. Have never submitted a claim.

Great Company
They have been a great company providing great coverage at reasonable prices. Unfortunately on my last renewal they like almost every insurance company has went up drastically about $1200 a year with zero claims, so I will definitely be shopping around.

Ease of working with Grange
Our broker introduced us to Grange. Any and all contact has been timely, professional and informative. I wish all our service providers offered the same communication ease, live interaction and expediency addressing any questions. Haven't had any concerns in the five years we have worked with them!!!

Claims are handled smoothly
Unfortunately I had an accident and when I called in my wreck the first question was…”Are you ok”. Not whose fault, did you call police but genuinely concerned for my health/safety. Then they moved on to questions of what happened. My claim was handled fast, flawlessly and professional. They assigned me a claims agent immediately and the next day they called me to get the ball rolling. They took care of everything. My rental, contact with who I WANTED my car to go for repairs and kept me in the loop as to progress of repairs. I’ve never had any denies of work done. I appreciate my Grange Agent for always ALWAYS being there.

So far so good!
I have had my two homes and vehicles insured by Grange Insurance for a couple of years now and they have provided great coverage thus far at a reasonable rate. They and their agent have been very responsive to our needs and emergencies.

Accessibility to changes in account
In the last 4 months I tried to change the billing account for my policy four times. Finally on the fifth try I succeeded. I was finally able to close the former bank account.

Disappointed
So rather than switch insurances, my underwriter went back to Grange to try to get house insurance cheaper. She cleaned they did. My house payment now is $100 more because of taxes which I have no control over. But also insurance went up. Not down, but up. Shame on you. I used to brag on you all. Now, not so much

Great Help in Time of Need
My car was side-swiped with a lot of damage to the driver's side. Grange told me where to take my car for repair and issued a check immediately. The side-swipe was my second claim ever. I never knew how an insurance company worked. Now I do. I was taken good care of by them.

I am a relatively safe driver, but this summer a rock hit my windshield and, what I thought was a little crack that could be fixed, turned out to be much worse. I called Grange to report the incident, and they directed me to the Safelite folks, who fixed it in a couple days. Seldom do I expect the insurance company to be so proactive in fixing problems.

When the water pipe started leaking it was a tremendous amount of stress. Now the stress doubled when i knew I would have to call Grange to try and get mynentire first floor repaired. To my relief the company and the adjuster were more than helpful repairing my home.
