Grange for the most part is good, but as they continue to raise my rates every renewal (on car), when I have no claims in a very long time, may make me start to look elsewhere

Accessibility to changes in account
In the last 4 months I tried to change the billing account for my policy four times. Finally on the fifth try I succeeded. I was finally able to close the former bank account.

Disappointed
So rather than switch insurances, my underwriter went back to Grange to try to get house insurance cheaper. She cleaned they did. My house payment now is $100 more because of taxes which I have no control over. But also insurance went up. Not down, but up. Shame on you. I used to brag on you all. Now, not so much

Great Help in Time of Need
My car was side-swiped with a lot of damage to the driver's side. Grange told me where to take my car for repair and issued a check immediately. The side-swipe was my second claim ever. I never knew how an insurance company worked. Now I do. I was taken good care of by them.

Surprisingly easy

I am a relatively safe driver, but this summer a rock hit my windshield and, what I thought was a little crack that could be fixed, turned out to be much worse. I called Grange to report the incident, and they directed me to the Safelite folks, who fixed it in a couple days. Seldom do I expect the insurance company to be so proactive in fixing problems.

When the water pipe started leaking it was a tremendous amount of stress. Now the stress doubled when i knew I would have to call Grange to try and get mynentire first floor repaired. To my relief the company and the adjuster were more than helpful repairing my home.

Grange is Wonderful!
Grange has been extremely supportive when we had issues that required we file claims. They not only paid the claims (both home and auto), they were very prompt in doing so. We have been blessed to have Grange for our insurance coverage for a long time, and that loyalty has bery much paid off.

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had
I had grange insurance and was involved in a hit and run accident on highway where a dump truck hit into my entire right side of vehicle and sped off. I did get license plates and filed police report and some how the plates were bad and untraceable. With a little research I was able to track down vehicle online and get VIN # which I gave to my agent. My agent changed twice and after two months of doing nothing finally told me they could not get a claim against their insurance. I then proceed to fix my car asap that has been messed up for two months. I go to the rental that is covered 100% by insurance and when I arrive they tell me my agent booked a vehicle out of my policy range and would be additional cost. When I call my agent he laughs at my face and acts clueless and is unable to help me. He gives me his managers info and neither of his managers answer. When I call back and text my agent ten times I receive no response while being stuck at enterprise for over an hour. I finally just make the payment to enterprise and call the customer care line to have a manager call me asap. I finally receive a call the next day and they tell me they will get me into a vehicle in my range by Monday after the weekend and will review the call with my agent. It is now Thursday and I have called and left voicemails for manager again and have not received a single call or text from them. This has been the worst experience and I am over paying and being left out to dry by the entire grange team including their management. I have no idea how either of the agents I had have a job with this company and the management clearly has no idea how to take car if customers either. This company is a joke and I would never advise anyone to use them. As soon as any issue arises where you actually need to use your insurance, they will surely not take care of you in any way.

Grange took down my negative review
Fraud, deceit, and malicious gain is what I think about with Grange. This post will probably be taken down like all the others. The will rob you. The company gave us 6k on our 21k roof due to “depreciation” that’s crap. We pay all this money for insurance and it’s a scam
