Grange Insurance is the best.
Grange Insurance the the best Insurance that you can have! They have always taken care of my needs. They are knowledgeable.l, polite. And very accurate on what they talk about. Eveytime that I've had an issue, they took care of me all the way to the end ae well as checked on me to ser if there was any thing else I needed. I live Grange Insurance.

Super Efficient and Great Coverage

Car accident
Couple of years ago, a woman hit the driver’s side of my car. I quite shaken but ok. She was responsible for the accident, not yielding to traffic. She had insurance and of course they were taking a long tome allow me to repair my car. Grange stepped right in. Explained to me what I can do now to repair the car and what action they will take to retrieve my deductible. Grange kept in touch with me and secured my deductible back in a timely manner.

Easy to make changes
We purchased several new motor vehicles/toys this year and they have made it easy and fast to make changes to our coverage. And comparable rates, usually with lowest or next to lowest payment options. We do not mind paying a little extra for the amazing customer service

house fire
Had a house fire about 5 months ago. Still waiting for Grange to settle this claim. Everytime I send an email I'm told the special investigation is still reviewing. They have my video cameras recordings. Even though three not helping me they sure take they monthly bill from me every month. There is a bill from the restoration company for boarding up the house still not paid, and they are going to start charging interest. Still no one cares at Grange. Worst customer service I've ever had to go through..

Fast knowledgeable staff
All staff involved in my claim performed their tasks efficiently and responded within a day by text, email, or call. Always use claim # for fast response. From time of my accident to payout settlement was less than two weeks.
