On Track is a waste of time...
Since I drive my car about two days a year, about 25 miles a year total; my insurance seller suggested I use On Track to lower my rates to what they should be. After a year of having On Track installed my renewal policy showed a large increase in the payment. I contacted Grange customer service and was notified that in order for the On Track system to "kick in", you would have to drive a set number of miles in the first few months, way more than my yearly total. I notified my Insurance man of this and he stated this was the first he had been made aware of the restrictions. Simply useless.

I like Grange insurance because they don't pressure you when making payments like other Car insurance do. What I don't like about Grange insurance is making payments, call and their very courteous but they send you from one , two or ever three representatives give you a confirmation and you got to stand waiting for another representative to confirm, too much waste of time.

Great Coverage Great claim service
I have great insurance coverage on both my home and auto. When all the other insurance companies are increasing their rates at renewal my policies had small rate increases at my renewals. They have given me great claims service when I had to report a claim.

Good & Bad
Grange has been excellent! But the audit process which is done by a third party is terrible. Notification was more than 3 months after the renewal date. Unresponsive, not helpful, just nothing good to say. The one bad apple is spoiling the barrel.
