Easy to work with
I was in an accident in June, where a lady T-boned me in a roundabout. It was the lady’s fault and she had Grange Insurance. Grange contacted me immediately to get the ball rolling. They were prompt, professional and courteous. My damaged car was picked up and assessed, and received a favorable return on the vehicle. 5Stars for this company!!

I have had Grange car and home insurance for several years and am extremely satisfied with them. Their rates are reasonable and when I had a claim everything was taken care of quickly, accurately and efficiently. I would recommend Grange highly.

Happy with Claim
Michael in customer service was fast and efficient with my claim after he explored options with my HOA. I appreciated him letting me ventilate when I was not happy with how Apex Restorations handled my claim. Michael was great with keeping me informed and letting me know my rights as a customer.

My car was never fixed
Unfortunately, I was rear ended, and there was not much damage done, but this company refused to pay for original parts for my car and wanted me to go to an aftermarket place to have my car fixed. They did cut me a check to go towards fixing my car, but I ultimately had to pay the difference.

The WORST insurance company in Ohio
This is by far the worst experience I have had with ANY insurance company. I have had local companies from living in different states so I thought a more local company in OHIO would be best. Sure, most bigger insurance companies are rip offs but at least when life occurs their policies they offer accommodate urgently. This so called “company” should collapse. I do not know what is worse really the fact that there is no urgency or the lack of concernment and disrespect from every single employee that works for Grange. The lack of professionalism is mind blowing. If there is any client that is making a claim one should make sure to respond and return messages but instead no one can answer a phone but much rather text. I had the first adjuster texting me asking me multiple questions when I mentioned to speak by phone he refused and completely stopped responding to me mid sentence. I felt interrogated by the second adjuster with full blown attitude and lack of respect from person to person and or client to adjuster the whole time as well. All the adjustors rather have gotten off work than to help me get this done sooner. I had to do their job. I reached out to send multiple photos of the accident to never hear back for days, then be told that i have things previously wrong with my car which had irrelevancy saying I had rust on a brand new vehicle instead of looking at actual damage to my car, days later resending photos through app to wait longer to be approved for a cost, wait again longer for their tow truck to then pay out of my pocket for a local tow truck, to wait longer for a rental wasting my days.
I had enough of the hurdles so I reached out to an advisor who was very understanding at the time which helped figure out some things but claimed I had no more days left on my policy for the rental when it is 100% their fault for putting me through the time I could have had the rental. If this was any other company they would have understood and helped me with the situation and headache I had gone through but nope.
No one can get anything done efficiently and they make the client be the middleman doing their job for them. I am then told that they only work with Premier Shops but my shop I go to is Premier and its where I purchased my vehicle. They made it seem like between my shop and this insurance company they do not get along. So instead, send me the money they are suppose to pay off the car? What? No. That seems fishy and if I wasn’t a good person I could easily take that money and pretend to my bank that they never sent me money. TOO much running around in circles again doing someone else’s job because of incompetence. This is despicable on so many levels. This is not normal.
I hope they are investigated.

Very disappointed after 20 years
We have had Grange for over 20 years they been a good insurance company. My wife's lincoln nautilus was hit in a parking lot. It is going to be in the shop for a week when we went to pick up the rental we found out the only rental Grange would allow was a Toyota camry. We pay full coverage insurance on an all wheel drive lincoln nautilus reserve. And we get a Toyota camry that wasn't clean the cruise doesn't work and it has a smashed in drivers door. Why it it ok to pay a premium insurance bill on a top of line luxury SUV and have to drive an economy bottom of line car for a rental. This is unacceptable and after 20 years we will be leaving Grange.

Great team effort

Disappointed and clearly not valued
I have been with Grange Insurance for 10 years, but my experience with Shepard and Associates has been consistently disappointing. The premiums are extremely high for the coverage provided and increased by $200 within a six-month period, despite no tickets, accidents, or changes on my end.
My agent was changed without notice, and the new agent has not shown any willingness to communicate. I have tried contacting them for months by phone and email, and they have not responded once. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is unacceptable.
After a decade with Grange, I will be looking for a different company. This level of service from Shepard and Associates makes it clear that my business is not valued.

Outstanding Experience with Grange Insurance!
I recently had to file a claim for the first time after strong winds caused a tree to fall and damage my fence, and I couldn’t be more impressed with how seamless the entire process was. From the moment I submitted the claim, Lisa was absolutely wonderful, patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She guided me through every step, making what could have been a stressful situation feel effortless.
Shortly after, I received an email from Steven, and to my surprise, everything was resolved within hours! The efficiency, professionalism, and care shown by both Lisa and the Steven were truly exceptional. I am beyond impressed and incredibly grateful for their outstanding customer service.
If you’re looking for an insurance company that truly delivers when it matters most, Grange is it!

PREMIUMS SKYROCKETED...NEVER FILED A CLAIM
We've had Grange for many years now, and it's time to find another carrier. We've never filed a claim on vehicles or home, yet Grange continues to hike our rates. No tickets, not a single claim. Even after a tornado came thru a few years ago, we didn't file frivolous claims like those around us did. Our premiums shot up to cover for their dishonest deeds. It's time to look elsewhere.
