Customer service over the phone has always been positive, but when it comes to roadside assistance, you might as well start walking. My wife had a flat tire at work, I called 5 different times, over 4 hours. Each time after an ETA was given, the servicer no showed. So I had to use a portable air pump every 5 miles just to be able to get her car back home. The next day it took my wife 3 tries just to finally get someone out to put her spare tire on. 0/10 do not suggest.

Great insurance...not so great experience with adj
Insurance is great. Recently had significant damage from hail storm. Called in the claim and Grange assigned an adjustor. The adjustor promptly seceduled an inspection, inspected the property, and sent the first payment. However my contractor had questions and concerns. Between myself and my contractor we made a series of calls and emails to the adjustor. All went unanswered. I escalated to Grange team and they managed to get him to set up a call. My contractor completed work adjust or requested and sent it to him. Crickets. A series of 15ish emails, many calls and text messages went unanswered. Damage occurred mid April and as of 18 Sep 2025 have recieved no further communication from the adjustor. Far too long. Based on this I cannot recommend Grange insurance.

Best out there!
I’ve used grange for home and auto coverage and they have the best deals out there! They are quick to respond to claims and the outcomes of claims have been marvelous. I just had to get new siding and they recommend the absolute perfect siding company which did an amazing job my home looks brand new thanks to them! I will always and forever be a customer and recommend them to EVERYONE! Thank you Grange!

Insurance you can Trust
I have a low rate for Auto, Homeowners and an Umbrella policy. I know they are not going to continually change my rates as I don’t get unnecessary mail that other insurance companies inundate me with.

Incredible Claims Experience
While no one wants to go through the experience of a homeowners claim, the stress was significantly lessened by the professionals at Grange. Our adjuster, Michael, was prompt, thorough and quite helpful with our situation and the reconstruction timeline. Insurance is way more than the premiums you save. It's about getting you back to where you were before the loss with as little headache as possible. Grange exceeded at every turn.

Great insurance great service
Recently I submitted a claim to replace my damaged roof, just want to say that the process was really transparent and easy to follow it did not take long to complete I was just pleasantly surprised. This was my first time using home insurance and after all the stories you heard from different people is really refreshing to find companies like Grange that have a transparent process and easy to follow.

Very Good Coverage to have.
I called to check on my policy, because I got a new roof. I found out that my insurance premium would be going down. A couple weeks later I received an unexpected check in the mail. Thank you, Grange Insurance!!

I have been with grange for 40 years love it
I have never had a problem with processing a claim and they always keep me informed of the things I need to do and how to do them, I hear others talk about there experience with their insurance company and it’s not good, so I have not change because of that.

A company you can count on!
I had unfortunate water damage due to a toilet and it caused a HUGE mess! Because remediation, removal of Sheetrock, flooring and a total bathroom replacement was recommended… it was a very big job! Grange never even blinked! They went to work… claim adjuster on the scene immediately! Put me up in a hotel while remediation was being done… andthe finished job is beautiful! Such pleasant company to work with ! I can always depend on them… and shouldn’t that be what insurance SHOULD be?!

I have had 2 heartbreaking.
Claims that gang's insurance stepped up to the plate and helped me through that.

Grange is the best!!!
I've been with Grange for 10+ years and have been extremely happy!!! When I was hit in a parking lot years ago, they were very persistent for me to get it repaired and stop procrastinating. I just sold it 13 years later. I highly recommend them!!!

Quick response and awesome coverage!
We had a pretty good storm roll through and had some damage to an older roof. Grange sent an agent out that met with our roofer and looked at everything in detail. We quickly received an update and within just a few days Grange had deposited what they estimated appropriate in to our account. I agreed with their estimate and really appreciated the quick turn around so I could out a deposit with the roofer. Our new roof looks amazing and fingers crossed no more claims from us!!
