This is my third year with Grange, and knock on wood - no claims. However, what keeps me continuing with Grange, is the few interactions that I had, with their Customer Service Reps, regarding some changes I needed on my coverage. I found them very helpful and I was guided with the right coverage, lowering my premium a bit.

Four Claims!
Unfortunately I had four Claims in 2021. Fortunately none of them were my fault. Grange did an excellent job of coordinating coverage and getting all claims covered! Couldn't be happier with their service!

Have had two claims that were my fault, stupid stuff. Grange fixed my car both times and let me pick the shops and still insure me,with no increase in rates. Great company with great rates!

Not a good experience so far
I had an agent whom has since left the company. The agent had put me into contact with companies to assist in the repairs, the appraisal wasn't accurate and he mentioned it can be modified at a later date, though he supplied the check quickly to have the repairs completed. The company he put me in contact with hasn't been responsive, and no other agent has reached out to me to let me know that my agent has since left the company. I only know that my agent left because I had personally texted him.

I love Grange
Your customer service and focus is unmatched. I switched insurance agents only with the stipulation that my grange policy stay intact. I will not switch for lower rates and all the other stuff they offer. Grange has earned my business for the foreseeable future.

Excellent Customer Service
I have a 2020 Toyota Camry and noticed some damage on the front bumper of my car. It looked like the bumper had been cut. I had no idea how or when it happened but I wanted to get my car fixed. I reported the damage to my insurance agent and within a day I heard from a customer service representative from Grange. She was friendly, reassuring and took excellent care of me. I'm a senior and her help in staying on top of my claim and notifying me of the progress of the claim were greatly appreciated. It only took a short time for a check to be sent to the Toyota Body Shop and the entire process from damage to a repaired car was complete. This experience was a very positive one from beginning to end. Grange did a great job!
