Good experience
We had a roof claim filed with Grange. The adjuster, Nicole, was good to work with during the entire process. She seemed to genuinely be concerned about our loss. The claim was quickly approved and we had the monies ready for deposit in two days. I would highly recommend Grange and if you have a claim, you get Nicole was your adjuster.

Kacie is great!
I was so impressed and pleased with the ease of service I received for filing my claim. I did not expect the level of flexibility Kacie had—she was able to get it all figured out over text and email, and when email attachments didn’t work, I was just able to send her pictures. Even though I couldn’t take a phone call during the work day, I was able to settle my claim very quickly and it was a positive experience. I truly did not expect it to be that easy.

Great coverage and assistance after my minor accid
Very attentive and knowledgeable agent got the ball rolling quickly and together with the amazing shop they set me up with I had my car back and in beautiful shape in less than a week.

Worst insurance company ever
I got into an accident with these people and they refused to fix my car. They tried to tell me that there was something wrong with my car before the accident. Then they had the nerve to tow my car to a Nissan dealership where Nissan had said they could not tell if there was something wrong with my car before this, then grange lied and said that Nissan said I had all kinds of problems with my car. Never happened. I talked to Nissan five minutes after they did. They did everything they could not pay for my car and they succeeded. I had to pay $6200 to get my car fixed on my own. Worst company ever do not go with grange.

No Agency Agents
First off, these reviews are clearly inundated with bots or employees lying about customer experience because this company is a loser.
Last year, I had an accident and had to work with 2 agents, neither of whom kept me in the loop about updates to whether the car was totaled, outgoing payment for the totaled vehicle, et cetera, and basically made me do all the work to complete my own claim. Beyond whatever they did in the background to push it through, they did nothing else. Their laziness and lack of urgency meant I made THREE extra car payments that I wouldn't have had to make if Grange was just on the ball and stuck to the time frames for follow up they provided.
Just today, I was advised that Grange hadn't sent my updated car insurance info to the bank that holds the loan. I called and they could give me no answer and when I asked if they could reach out to the financial institution to see if they had the correct address to send documentation to, they said "No, we don't have your SSN and other PCI to provide them". I advised that my personal information wasn't necessary to just obtain a location to send documentation and they said "That's your job to provide that to us". So first it's that they can't, then when I advise that their reason is flawed, now it's that they simply won't. I confirmed "So you can't make a phone call and ask where, in general, these kinds of documents are sent?" And they said "No".
Lazy, useless, no-drive agents. Just know that if you get involved with these guys, you're going to be doing their job for them when it comes time to do ANYTHING. Beyond sitting on their behind and doing less than the bare minimum, the people Grange hires are trash.

Worst company - beware
I have been with Grange for over 3 years and paid, $20,000+ since I have been with Grange which includes home & auto with a youthful driver. We have had no auto or home claims, only 4 roadside claims which they are non-renewing for roadside only, make no sense. They are lucky if they paid out $500 for these claims. I am an insurance agent and I am filing a complaint with the Department of Insurance and will submit bad reviews on every internet sight I am able to find about my experience with Grange. In my 25 years working in insurance, I have never had a company non-renew for roadside claims, why offer this coverage. I will not recommend this company.
