You won’t get help
It’s impossible to reach your adjuster. They are just ignoring phone calls, emails, etc. the managers are not helpful as well. I was leaving mssgs to the manager 4 days in the row and sent 4 emails. He is just ignoring everything and they refuse to provide info for their supervisors.

Not a good experience at all
I was rear ended by a grange client and had to go through Grange for my claim. The adjuster used by Grange was slow, very difficult to stay in contact with and frankly unwilling to be helpful at times. I never would’ve thought I would had to go through the amount of hoops and countless DAYS trying to just get ahold of someone about the claim. 0/10 don’t recommend.

Homeowners Insurance
Please do NOT use Grange Insurance. We currently have two homes covered under Grange, also our cars. About a month ago, we had a contractor out who took pictures of our roof and siding saying that the tornado ruined it. We all know things like these can be hard to get covered. It was HORRIBLE SERVICE. Has taken weeks. We have received contradictory information, rudeness, and so many more negative things. They told us our roof would last 50 years and there is no damage. Then they proceeded to cancel our insurance without telling us even though the claim is still pending or so we thought. They went as far as to tell the bank our roof was horrible. Every time my husband tries to talk to someone and at least finish the claim, all he ever gets are attitudes. Please never go to Grange for insurance. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, Dropped us during claim pending.

Great coverage and protection
I’ve only had two claims since 2015 and both times I hardly had to do a thing. This insurance company doesn’t say “No” automatically, Grange says “I’m here for you. I’ll take care of this”. And they did.

When their clients are at fault and know there at fault they lowball and take forever to pay out literally having to sue them and client wouldn't recommend if you don't want to be sued personally

Excellent communication and coverage
Life happens. Fortunately, I have kept my Grange insurance now with both homes that I have owned. With my first home a tree fell into it, and a pipe burst in my second. Grange responded quickly, and made the process smooth and painless. I have, and will continue, to recommend them to everyone I know.

I don't understand this question.
Twyford, and his father before him, have been wonderful to work with. Both were attentive and helpful in my insurance needs. They were and are looking out for my best interest. I know that I can trust this agent completely. I think of him as a friend.

Great coverage and customer service
I have been with Grange for quite some time and have always received knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Their coverage on my auto and home meets my needs and premiums are well within range of other competitors .. I appreciate the assessment coverage I have on my condo . This is not offered on many other home owner policies .

Auto insurance is too high
My car insurance is too high for the amount of miles I drive.
I’m retired and drive very little. Also, I have never had a ticket or accident. And I do not drive on interstates.
My monthly insurance should be lower!!!’

Hassle Free Claim Process
Had a fire while out of town. Adjuster met us at the house as soon as we got back. Everything approved immediately, no issues with housing or demolition.
