I have had 2 heartbreaking.
Claims that gang's insurance stepped up to the plate and helped me through that.
With dignity and grace, I am very grateful.They are very professional and help me through the process.I cannot praise grange insurance enough for their loyalty and dedication

Grange is the best!!!
I've been with Grange for 10+ years and have been extremely happy!!! When I was hit in a parking lot years ago, they were very persistent for me to get it repaired and stop procrastinating. I just sold it 13 years later. I highly recommend them!!!

i never filed a claim in over 35 years as a home owner. A severe storm came thru and damaged my roof. The claim process was very straight forward and their service was very good.

Quick response and awesome coverage!
We had a pretty good storm roll through and had some damage to an older roof. Grange sent an agent out that met with our roofer and looked at everything in detail. We quickly received an update and within just a few days Grange had deposited what they estimated appropriate in to our account. I agreed with their estimate and really appreciated the quick turn around so I could out a deposit with the roofer. Our new roof looks amazing and fingers crossed no more claims from us!!

I have tried to upgrade my insurance with collision, for which I thought I already had. Because I didn't read the fine print. I found when I had an accident ,that I was not covered for collision. That was 2 months ago and I haven't received confirmation that it has been added. Customer service line is hard to reach.

Unmatched service and caring culture
All my interaction was with Steven. He was always quick to respond, professional and knowledgeable and displayed true caring qualities. I have owned my own businesses for years and Steven displays all the characteristics of a employee that I would love to have.

Lack of empathy in auto adjuster department
I had to interact with Grange because one of their injured drivers totaled my car. I asked for an extension on the car rental I was provided because I was told by Grange’s partner, Enterprise, that that was possible. Not only was there no empathy for the fact that I was misinformed by Enterprise (apparently, Grange knows Enterprise incorrectly tells customers they can extend rentals but they still choose to do business with them), but I was lectured about Enterprise’s behavior with Grange (which I have no control over) instead of being supported with the issue I needed support with— which is needing a car rental until I am able to buy a new car because Grange’s insured driver totaled my car. The empathy and general kindness was lacking in this department— which is unfortunate because I wouldn’t be in this situation if not for their policy-holder hitting my car. I literally have to rely on Grange for support and they’re not being supportive. I sincerely hope anyone else who’s in a similar position as I’ve been in with Grange has much kinder service than I’ve received.

Never got compensation for totaled car
After a mistake on their end with my check, it did not cash. They blamed my bank and wanted me to do the work to track down the money and fix the problem (bank said Grange had to fix it). They then refused to cut me a new check, so I'm out a car and the money to buy a new one I am owed by Grange. It's been months, so I'm meeting with a lawyer to discuss my options.

Great Customer Experience at a tough time
From start to finish thus far, it has been an EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE with our Insurance Company. There is no doubt when you are in an accident, you are not always thinking clearly, and it was one call to Crystal @ the Haudenschild Agency and she took it from there. First and foremost, she wanted to make sure I was okay. She took all my info and assisted me with what the next steps were, and she reached out to everyone on my behalf to ensure my vehicle was in good hands as to repair facility and that I was at place where I felt most comfortable working with. She worked to make sure there was a rental vehicle ready, and she was a bright star at a tough time. All representatives that followed-up with me to this point have been very kind.

Horrible insurance company!!!
I wouldn’t go with this insurance company EVER!!!! Their driver caused an accident then ran! She was found by state highway patrol and they still tried to deny liability!! It went to court and they finally agreed to pay a day before court started!! The adjuster told me the agent went above her for the claim which is NOT POSSIBLE!! They are scammy!!

POOR CLAIM CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer service is lacking on claim questions. Was promised that someone would call me back twice and no one has reached out to this day. Sent message to the person who handled our claim on 6/23/2025. Still have not heard back from that person either.
They totaled our vehicle and when I called my agent TWO months later the vehicle was still on the policy. We pay annually so I guess they were just going to keep our money.
I have had Grange for a while but I have advised my agent to not renew with them. Customer service is important to me and if your business is lacking, I do not wish to give my money to you.

Great Assistance and Easy To-Do
I was backed into by someone without Insurance. My process through insurance was great. It did take longer than expected, and there was some issues with the rental car, but everything was resolved in the end. I am very happy with how things ended up and the process.

HORRIBLE MANIPULATIVE COMPANY
This company is great at taking your money but when you need them when filing a complaint they willl do EVERYTHING to ensure they pay you the least they can. Their claims department will not provide backup of data they are using and will not negotiate at all! This is an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY that takes advantage of their customers in their time of need!!!
