Great coverage for sure for my home and autos. I have never had a problem with grange. Roof was damaged by hail and you all were here, inspected it and wrote me a check right then. Pickup was damaged and once again, no problem getting it fixed. Thank You all

Grange Insurance. A family tradition.
I am in my 60's and have vivid memories of my grandfather talking about Grange Insurance way back in the day. Today, we have peace of mind knowing we have excellent coverage for our home and vehicles!
When bad weather hit and we needed roof replacement, everyone we spoke with from the adjusters, to customer service, to those in billing, was courteous and made sure things were taken care of promptly and correctly. We never had the run around our friends had with their roof damage from their insurance company. Yes, we bragged about Grange and how well they handled things with our claim.

Unecessary Fees
Have been a grange customer for 30 years. Customer service has been responsive when needed. Auto insurance has increased $100 this year. Given the increasing cost of insurance, it's unnecessary for Grange to charge a $6.00 service charge/installment payment when payments are made online or over the phone, which does not involve using a customer service representative. This is a fee Grange could do away with to support and acknowledge that their customers could use a break given the state of the economy. In December 2021 report, Grange's surplus of income was $1.6 Billion.

I hate filing claims on my Auto insurance and been with Grange 30 plus years. Anyway, my claim got assigned to a very pleasant CS lady named Cassie O. She kept me informed about everything and the questions I had she had called or texted the answers. Was like she was reading my mind. Going thru claims and whatever isn’t fun at all. Excellent Support !!
All insurance companies are extremely good at collecting premiums. Grange did an excellent job in handling my claim. They were quick to respond and quick to settle my claim. I am a finance manager in the automobile industry. I deal with many customers who need to replace a vehicle that was recently in an accident. They are typically frustrated waiting for their insurance company to act on their claim.
I had no issues when I sent in a claim to Grange. I highly recommend Grange Insurance. Jim

Excellent customer Service!
Sherlyn was excellent. Very knowledgeable and proactive. Helped me get discounts that my husband, vehicles, and I qualified for, and lower our monthly payments on our auto policy.
On another call regarding our Home Policy, Crysta helped me to update the mortgage clause and to process the payment f overnight to avoid cancellation. Very willing to help and take care of everything.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I’m am in the middle of a claim with Grange. They do not cater to your needs. They do not provide optimal customer service. Very poor management. My experience so far has been the worst.
