Grange Insurance has been named a 2016 Top Workplace in Columbus by Columbus CEO magazine, ranking eighth in the large company category. Now in its fourth year, Top Workplaces recognizes organizations that are committed to exemplary work environments. Grange has been named a Top Workplace in Columbus each year since the award began.
Columbus CEO partners with employee survey firm WorkplaceDynamics to survey employees from all the companies that are nominated for the award. Employees are asked about topics including direction and values, execution on plans, connection with employees, training and work/life balance, relationships with managers, employee engagement and pay and benefits.
“At Grange, we work to create a rewarding work environment where each associate is given opportunities to reach their full potential,” said Doreen DeLaney Crawley, EVP, human resources chief operations officer. “We invest in our associates through comprehensive training programs, associate wellness programs and community involvement.”
Grange was presented with the award at a ceremony held on May 25 at St. Charles Preparatory School.
