Support for customers affected by Hurricane Dorian

To ensure our customers do not suffer further hardship, we’re offering support to those affected by Hurricane Dorian in Georgia and South Carolina.

We will work with our customers and provide leniency on a case-by-case basis. This support may include additional time to pay premium payments, as well as extensions on policy provisions or other requirements that are time-sensitive, such as submitting a claim, paying a bill and providing proof of loss

In addition, We are reinstating cancelled policies and waiving any fees incurred from 12:01 a.m. EDT on Aug. 29, 2019, to 11:59 p.m. EDT on Sept. 9, 2019, for clients in the following Georgia counties: Appling, Bacon, Brantley, Bryan, Bulloch, Camden, Clinch, Charlton, Chatham, Echols, Effingham, Evans, Glynn, Liberty, Long, McIntosh, Pierce, Screven, Tattnall, Ware and Wayne.
