To ensure our Ohio customers do not suffer further hardship, we’re offering support to those affected by the severe storms and heavy rains that began Feb. 5, 2019, and lasted through Feb. 13, 2019.
We will defer premium payments from 12:01 a.m. EDT on March 15, 2019, to 11:59 p.m. EDT on June 11, 2019, in all counties where a state of emergency has been declared. In addition, any policy provision that is time-sensitive and due within this time frame, such as submitting claim information, may be extended 60 days at the request of the insured or claimant, but not past June 11, 2019.
This suspension applies to the following counties:

- Athens
- Brown
- Gallia
- Guernsey

- Meigs

- Morgan
- Muskingum
- Noble
- Perry

- Pike
- Ross
- Scioto
