Columbus, OH— Grange Insurance has been named a 2026 Corporate Citizenship Award honoree by Columbus Business First, recognizing its strong commitment to community impact through associate-led philanthropy.
Grange takes an associate-centric approach to community impact, empowering associates to support causes they care about through volunteerism, charitable contributions and nonprofit board leadership. The company’s efforts focus on expanding opportunity, strengthening communities and investing in health and human services.
Grange Enterprise Gives, the company’s annual workplace giving campaign, is its most impactful engagement initiative. In 2025, 87% of associates participated, contributing nearly $600,000, matched dollar-for-dollar by the company’s private foundation. This generated $1.18 million in total giving, supporting hundreds of nonprofits.
In addition to charitable contributions, Grange empowers associates to give back to the community through service. With 80% of company officers serving on nonprofit boards, Grange offers board leadership training to help associates develop as effective community leaders.
