Your 7-digit policy number, or ten-digit account number, is located on the upper right side of your premium invoice. When making payments - online, electronically, by check, or by phone - do not include the alpha-numeric policy number prefix.

Can I enroll in Paperless?

Yes, log in to your MyGrange online account and navigate to Settings to manage your paperless preferences.

What do I do if I’m not receiving Policy and Billing status email notifications?

Follow these steps:

  1. Check your email SPAM folder for the emails.
  2. Add noreply@mypolicy.grangeinsurance.com to your email contact list to ensure delivery.

What is an electronic check?

An electronic check is an electronic transaction that is sent to your bank using your account information and appears on your bank statement as a debit or withdrawal. Because no paper check is produced, you will not receive a canceled check with your statement.
