Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not great claims follow through. High premiums, that get raised every few months. Then no follow through when it came time to pay the claim. Not a good way to keep customers. And my agent is worthless - doesn't even get back to me when I call with a question. Needless to say this is not a good situation. You might want to call me and see how you can fix it.
