Rated 2 out of 5 by from Customer service Customer service is poor. They tell you one thing & then let you down. Here's what happened. In my insurance plan, I had a towing service. I get a flat tire and I called for towing. They picked me up & towing service gave me the bill & the towing company explain to me that if I turn this into insurance I'll be reimbursed. A week later I need another tow. A month goes by I called the insurance company. She explains to me that yes I'll get reimbursed, but they need a copy of the tow receipt. I turned both receipts in & I never received my reimbursement. I called again & she explains that I should receive it soon. Actually, at this point I felt she was brushing me off. I requested an escalation & I did receive a phone call stating I DID NOT have towing service!! This went on for over 2 months. I asked to speak the the owner of my underwriters for more clarification & he never called. I never did receive my reimbursement! Totally disappointed with Grange & Safe Harbor. I made many phone calls, followed up, asked questions, ask for escalation & did my due diligence. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years (+) & feel I have NOT been treated as such. I felt dismissed & tossed aside. I'm the one that did the follow up phone calls & had to stomp my feet to get someone to call me back!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Auto Accident Involving my Car and a Jeep Grange's customer was totally at fault, but his Jeep did not appear to be very seriously damaged. He did not report to Grange in a timely manner. It took too long for the repairs to get started. Grange did not cover all of my car rental. The repairs to my car were excellent, and Grange payed all of that. The Grange agent was nice to work with.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Coverage I got my roof done and am still waiting for some other repairs and replacements. I think the agent should sit down with their client when things are not going to be 100% covered and if the rate will be raised.
