Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good until you're in an accident I know I'm responsible for a raise in my premium after a my fault accident, but double the amount is too much. What about all those years I paid thousands without any accident? That's the point of insurance...everyone contributes to cover everyone else.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from NO Communication When Masterson Insurance was my agent it was great. Since Peoples Bancorp gained control, it is awful. No communication, no information. You're on your own. Unbelievable how quickly customer service disappeared!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Been with Grange over 50 Years I got my license when I turned 16 and my father had grange back then, I got married years later and we still kept grange. Were now in our September years and still have Grange. Our Broker is here in Findlay,OH we had a terrible hail storm back in 2009 while our neighbors were hagling over roofs, windows, car damage, we had a adjuster the next day and gave us a check in hand, 100% customer service. My only complaint is since we are seniors would enjoy having lower rates. Our agents do their best but I still shop around and its a little cheaper, but now enjoy to change so far. I haven't checked alot but we can brag about being Grange customers for that long. Now that were older, costs and financing is a bigger part of our life. Still a great product
