Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never got compensation for totaled car After a mistake on their end with my check, it did not cash. They blamed my bank and wanted me to do the work to track down the money and fix the problem (bank said Grange had to fix it). They then refused to cut me a new check, so I'm out a car and the money to buy a new one I am owed by Grange. It's been months, so I'm meeting with a lawyer to discuss my options.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Customer Experience at a tough time From start to finish thus far, it has been an EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE with our Insurance Company. There is no doubt when you are in an accident, you are not always thinking clearly, and it was one call to Crystal @ the Haudenschild Agency and she took it from there. First and foremost, she wanted to make sure I was okay. She took all my info and assisted me with what the next steps were, and she reached out to everyone on my behalf to ensure my vehicle was in good hands as to repair facility and that I was at place where I felt most comfortable working with. She worked to make sure there was a rental vehicle ready, and she was a bright star at a tough time. All representatives that followed-up with me to this point have been very kind.
