Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Communication/Customer Service We do not have Grange Insurance but they were the company that the person that did a hit and run on our car had. The communication was so poor throughout! We ended up having to pay a portion of the rental car we needed, even though we were not at fault. Very disappointing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad coverage, refused to pay for tow bill I hit a deer at the beginning of the year and had to get my car towed and it got totaled out. This insurance pays the bare minimum for a rental, even though I have two kids and pay insurance on a suv, they would only pay for a rental that couldn’t even fit car seats and pretty much no space. So I ended up paying out of pocket for that, even full price for at least a week because as soon as your car gets totaled they stop paying quickly. Also the biggest issue and the reason I want to get another insurance provider, they refuse to pay my tow bill and make up a different excuse every time. I’ve sent the tow bill several times, each time they say it doesn’t have something on it but it is plainly visible so I highlight it and resend, then they lie and say there’s something else not on it that is plainly visible so I highlight it as well. And then they ignored me I call them and it starts all over again. Do not buy it his insurance unless you have no other choice

Customer Service will be in constant contact with you to make sure the claim is being completed and taken care of properly. They are very helpful with home insurance. Suggestions of local companies to use for repairs is very valuable.

The thanks I get for being a loyal customer in a not at fault accident? Headaches and stress. Plus debt … do not recommend.
