Rated 1 out of 5 by from POOR CLAIM CUSTOMER SERVICE Customer service is lacking on claim questions. Was promised that someone would call me back twice and no one has reached out to this day. Sent message to the person who handled our claim on 6/23/2025. Still have not heard back from that person either. They totaled our vehicle and when I called my agent TWO months later the vehicle was still on the policy. We pay annually so I guess they were just going to keep our money. I have had Grange for a while but I have advised my agent to not renew with them. Customer service is important to me and if your business is lacking, I do not wish to give my money to you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Assistance and Easy To-Do I was backed into by someone without Insurance. My process through insurance was great. It did take longer than expected, and there was some issues with the rental car, but everything was resolved in the end. I am very happy with how things ended up and the process.
