Rated 1 out of 5 by from The worst insurance company = grange I would never recommend this company to anyone, even if it were the last insurance company available. I've been shopping for a new insurer, and my experience dealing with Grange on a claim where their insured was clearly at fault has been beyond frustrating. The claims process has been handled poorly from start to finish. Communication has been unprofessional, I've found the representatives to be unhelpful and dismissive, and they've consistently tried to minimize the claim rather than resolve it fairly. In my experience, they've also failed to fulfill obligations that I believe they are legally required to meet. If this is how they treat people making third-party claims, I would have serious concerns about trusting them as my own insurance provider.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Seamless Claims Proces My claim was handled promptly over the phone. I only spoke to the claims rep twice. The rest was handled through the body shop where my car was being repaired. That's my kind of service.

Paid them thousands and thousands of dollars for years and the one time I file a small claim they deny it. Vandals legitimately damaged my property. Must have got this fraud skill from Minnesota. Well played crooks
