Customer Service will be in constant contact with you to make sure the claim is being completed and taken care of properly. They are very helpful with home insurance. Suggestions of local companies to use for repairs is very valuable.

The thanks I get for being a loyal customer in a not at fault accident? Headaches and stress. Plus debt … do not recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Claim Experience I contacted Grange Insursnce on Tuesday, 16 Jun 26, To report an uninsured motorist claim. The police report was filed with them on Wednesday, 19 Jun26. When I contacted them, I was told , in a very disgruntled manner, that My Claim would have to be Investigated because I had had another uninsured motorist claim in March. I was also told that I must take my car to the repair facility for an estimate. I explained to the Agent that I just got my wife out of rehabilitation and I need to be with her during her first few days as she was on a walker and couldn’t get around without supervision. The agent said that I had to take the car to the repair facility in Ft Oglethorpe, which was my choice, because I have used them for many years. I live in Chattanooga. I have heard NOTHING from Grange Insurance since that Tuesday of last week. I quest they are still doing their Investigation!!!!!. On Wednesday, the 17th, I called my agent, and explained my displeasure with the service I had received from Grange. She asked for the police report, which I sent to Her. I have texted her for an update, but have heard NOTHING back as of today, the 20th. I have always been treated with the utmost respect by Grange insurance in the past, but this issue has been totally different, I quest it is because I am being INVESTIGATED!!!!!! To say the least, I am very dismaying Grange Insurance for the lack of attention to this matter. My agent said someone would contacting me to take pictures of my car, which has yet to become a reality. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate Grange Insurance a minus 5. Thank you for your attention too this matter. With great disappoint, I remain
