After reviewing the damage and writing up the claim, we had the money for our new floor in our checking account within a week. We were amazed at how well the process went with Grange. Rated 1 out of 5 by from The worst insurance company = grange I would never recommend this company to anyone, even if it were the last insurance company available. I've been shopping for a new insurer, and my experience dealing with Grange on a claim where their insured was clearly at fault has been beyond frustrating. The claims process has been handled poorly from start to finish. Communication has been unprofessional, I've found the representatives to be unhelpful and dismissive, and they've consistently tried to minimize the claim rather than resolve it fairly. In my experience, they've also failed to fulfill obligations that I believe they are legally required to meet. If this is how they treat people making third-party claims, I would have serious concerns about trusting them as my own insurance provider.
