Rated 1 out of 5 by from Claims handling If I could give a zero I would. This company when it comes to property claims handling is awful. They are only looking for ways to deny your claim. The representative I dealt with a terrible rep who was absolutely incompetent and utterly rude. Do not insure your home with this carrier.

I simply submitted my estimates & they sent a check for the portion they covered. My only complaint would be they didn’t take the 3 roofing companies word that my shingles had no similar match, I had to have them submitted to testing which held up the process an extra week.
