Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't use Grange I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received from Julia C. Throughout this claim, she has been rude, dismissive, and unwilling to address my concerns in a professional manner. In addition, she has demonstrated a concerning lack of knowledge regarding the handling of auto insurance claims. As the innocent party who was hit by one of your insured drivers, I have been requesting a comparable rental vehicle while my SUV is being repaired. I rely on an SUV for both my work responsibilities and to transport an elderly family member who is unable to safely enter and exit a sedan. Despite these legitimate needs and the fact that Grange's insured is at fault, Julia has refused to provide an appropriate rental vehicle for my loss of use. I have also repeatedly requested to speak with her supervisor, but those requests have gone unanswered. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. Furthermore, the vehicle estimator advised me that my SUV should not be driven due to the extent of the damage. Yet because of Julia's refusal to respond and her failure to properly handle this claim, I have been left without a reasonable solution. Based on this experience, I would never choose your company for my own insurance needs, nor would I recommend it to others. I strongly believe Julia would benefit from additional training in both customer service and claims handling. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to involve legal counsel to protect my interests.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from CAR INSURANCE CLAIM Agent pressured me to choose their collision place to have car fixed when it was their customer that backed into my car. My insurance said they can't do that but he kept insisting if I didn't go with their choice there would be out of pocket expenses for me if I went with my choice. The location their chose is very inconvenient and far for me to drive when I'm so nervous after having my brand new 3 and a half week car damaged by their customer. The place I wanted was right up the road from my apartment.

Grange has been pushing me around, bouncing me from person to person, and leaving me on the hook for almost 6 months now. I've never been more disappointed with the service of a company in my life. Buyer beware, do your research. I sure wish I did.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from unprofessional employee I would like to preface with this the first review I have ever written, and I am only doing so because of the disrespect I felt when working with a Grange Insurance employee. The adjuster that I worked with laughed at me when I asked questions and then instead of answering questions, he continued to tell me how much money he would offer instead of explaining the process to me. If I ever switch insurance companies, I can assure you I would never go with Grange Insurance.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DONT BE FOOLED!!!!! My apartment flooded and I was informed that because the unit above me caused the flood I was not covered. Does not make sense! I had a prior flood that resulted in my pipes busting and I was informed that it was not enough damage to file a claim. I will be contacting the CEO J. A. and I am getting an attorney. THIS COMPANY IS NOT FOR THEIR CLIENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I would vote 0 stars if it were possible You can do better. Website is dreadful. Renewals always have some obscure provisions that reduce coverage in some manner that is not disclosed and is included in the endless small print of the contract.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Customer Service I called/filed the claim on Monday and the adjustor came to our house on Tuesday and approved a new roof. I had an electronic payment on Wednesday and the money in our account by Friday. EXCELLENT customer service.
