How do I find my policy or account number?

Your 7-digit policy number, or ten-digit account number, is located on the upper right side of your premium invoice. When making payments - online, electronically, by check, or by phone - do not include the alpha-numeric policy number prefix.

Can I enroll in paperless billing?

Log in to your My Grange account and visit your profile to enroll in the following email billing alerts:

  • Bill is Ready
  • Payment Reminder
  • Payment Received
  • Policy to Cancel

We will continue to mail invoices to you. Invoices, Notices of Cancellation, Earned Premium Notices, Declarations Pages, and ID Cards are also available to view and print online.

What is an electronic check?

An electronic check is an electronic transaction that is sent to your bank using your account information and appears on your bank statement as a debit or withdrawal. Because no paper check is produced, you will not receive a canceled check with your statement.
