General payment questions

How do I find my policy or account number?

Your 7-digit policy number, or ten-digit account number, is located on the upper right side of your premium invoice. When making payments - online, electronically, by check, or by phone - do not include the alpha-numeric policy number prefix.

Can I enroll in paperless billing?

Yes! We currently offer Paperless Billing for personal lines policies.

By enrolling in Paperless Billing, you will receive Paperless Billing email alerts instead of mailed, paper invoices and EFT (EasyPay) statements. However, will continue to mail policy documents to you, such as declaration pages and auto ID cards.

To sign up, log in to MyGrange and select Settings & Notifications. Then, click Paperless. To enroll all policies, check the box labelled, “Enroll all policies listed below in paperless.” To enroll individual policies, select “Paperless Billing” next to the policy name. Then, select Continue and click Submit.

What do I do if I’m not receiving Policy and Billing status email notifications?

Follow these steps:

  1. Check your email SPAM folder for the emails.
  2. Add noreply@mypolicy.grangeinsurance.com to your email contact list to ensure delivery.
